In all honesty this is a third class company. My honest advice would to be to avoid this company at all costs. They'll make you take blame for their own failure. The management don't even know to speak basic english or hindi and often resort to verbal abuse due to their inability to phrase any simple sentences. This company is headed by Sunil Verma and in all honesty he is the worst person you can think of in this industry. He's a fraud, a cheat. He encourages forging of documents and producing fake documents to qualify his company for participation into tenders released by PSUs. The work life balance is the worst I've ever seen, these guys will even call you in office on sundays. Truly ugly company with toxic, illiterate fools as the part of management. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
