Only the Infosys campus is good apart from that I didn't find anything good.

... balance, every day have to work for about 12hrs. No learning and development. salary and appraisal is also very less as compared to the market.

Nothing as such, all are miserable so they understand your condition easily.

Everything, no technical learning, no salary hike for the whole 35 people team in 3years. When asked the HR and higher management they say its just how the policies are. Too much work and no appreciation at all. Saying this for the whole team not just as an individual

1. Few policies are different than Infy 2. Flexible working hours 3. No pressure to work from office as of now 4. Ample amount of resources available for skill development 5. Job security - most important thing in current scenario

Dislikes

...Company claims to be a product based org when it comes to peeling off employees. But when it comes to compensation, they compare the performance of EV employee with his/her peer in Infy, which is service based org 3. No extra benefits of being in the product based org. It feels same like being in Infy 4. Management keeps on changing 5. No proper vision

Great place to expand your knowledge. Lot of diverse teams and we get to see great cultural experiences. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is never there. Promotions are a dream. The half yearly bonus (which is a part of our annual pay) is not given fully. Lesser than 50% is only given. In some cases, much lesser.

You have to work so hard with no benifits. Only the salary will come in time and nobody is going to fire you.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Worked for 2 yrs without any hike or appraisals. Not promotion in 2 yrs. No skill development works. Even the work will not be specific. Developer will be doing the testing work as well as Devops and vice versa. Don’t join if u have any other choice.
