... know what is your actual performance. Any how you will not get more than 5-10%. Also appraisal month is October but they will extend it to November and you will get appraised salary from January. Also no arrier will be provided

No support from management, no job security. Worst policies and management is least bouther about employees.

... Level 2 manager will play the blame game on their subordinates to save his job. Suggest not to join this company even if you get good package. After joining they will remove your job without reason.

Ah, the pure joy of working in chaos, where plans change every five minutes, and management’s ‘vision’ is just guessing in the dark. Nothing beats the thrill of being overworked, underpaid, and completely unappreciated!

No seniors so no guidance, No good codebase lot of tech debt, people need to know how to mantain documentation fixed 9 hours per day plus no benifits, cramped af office

Excellent work culture. My entire team is very supportive. They are not only goal oriented, but very understanding on personal front. During difficult times, the people understand the need of a good work-life balance.
