...on - They don't normally increase the fixed part of the CTC across organization. However, yearly bonus is very good. Work pressure is very much there as the focus is on generating more revenues. Politics is there in almost the organizations so doesn't make a difference.

...omment is dislikes ,i have work more than 4and half years but,as a financially .there has been growth, and no any salary growth shows in last 4 year .finally i have left the job for financial and salary.

...ation. Presently i am unemployed and doesnot have money even for my basic needs.I expecting 6 month salary as compensation, but company not willing to give compensation to me. Over all in my mind negative impression

Good work life balance. Very employee centric and open door policy. Good bonus

Fixed pay is less as they compensate by giving bonuses. Lot of restructuring. Job insecurity due to closure of many business verticals currently
