Policies are not visible to employees. Only executives (at most 10 people) have access to it. So they mold policies and rules as per convenience. Employees are always at disadvantage. Employees don't even know rules, regulations, and policies. Another insidious thing is that few teams work for 55-60 hrs a week but working hours are not recorded on paper. Middle management, under the instruction of senior management, record hours as per government policies. On paper, employees don't work more than 9 hours a day but in reality, they work more than 11-12 hours a day including Saturdays. -
