Only job security is excellent ( No firing during Covid) .
Dislikes
...means you are free, so your manager can call you at any time on any
day.
4. Pay scale is decided by the HR, Manger has no power except of work, even if ask for any assistance from the
manager, they will say that i have nothing in my hand.
5. PDR is done by same guy with whom you have worked, So forget about any complain against your manager.
6. Employees pay scale is decided according to your experience, you will never be able to cross CTC of your senior,
no matter how hard you have worked.
7. You will get promotion but no hike.
8. 3rd class tea and coffee.( all water with 2-3 tsp of milk for colour).
9. Top Management is filled with typical Indian guys, So they always think about making profits (Lala giri) - Zero
employee satisfaction
10. Fortunately, EDAG India has German tag - but unfortunately, there is nothing about German working style...
Germans are boss, they will say sit - Indians will sit; they will say stand, Indians will stand.
11. Last but not least, Every employee (lower level guys) is unsatisfied with above these points; but unfortunately, no
one has courage to stand for it - No unity, More politics.
Job security is very good, even if dumbest of the world get entry somehow, will not be removed
Dislikes
No skill development programs are held, managers give same kind of work in every project to get the work done as early as possible, without considering employee growth and skill, everytime create hype of timeline delay to make juniors work on weekends, senior engineers having 6-7 years of experience also don't have salary more then 6 lpa, overall No growth in any dimension.
Good Brand with bad stickers.
Gujju MD, Baniya Director and over ambitious HR that makes this Brand as Laala Company.
Great German Support but poor Indian Management.
No HR Policy No Promotion and increment Criteria
12-14 hours work due to poor recourses planning.
