Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel, Travel Within Country.

Only job security is excellent ( No firing during Covid) .

Dislikes

1. Poor HR policy - No Education assistance, No skill development program, No physical activity.... only work and work. 2. Huge hierarchy of top management, Means many guys are at Group leader and Project coordinator position. So no vertical growth for lower guys. 3. Work from home is OK; but being at home means you are free, so your manager can call you at any time on any day. 4. Pay scale is decided by the HR, Manger has no power except of work, even if ask for any assistance from the manager, they will say that i have nothing in my hand. 5. PDR is done by same guy with whom you have worked, So forget about any complain against your manager. 6. Employees pay scale is decided according to your experience, you will never be able to cross CTC of your senior, no matter how hard you have worked. 7. You will get promotion but no hike. 8. 3rd class tea and coffee.( all water with 2-3 tsp of milk for colour). 9. Top Management is filled with typical Indian guys, So they always think about making profits (Lala giri) - Zero employee satisfaction 10. Fortunately, EDAG India has German tag - but unfortunately, there is nothing about German working style... Germans are boss, they will say sit - Indians will sit; they will say stand, Indians will stand. 11. Last but not least, Every employee (lower level guys) is unsatisfied with above these points; but unfortunately, no one has courage to stand for it - No unity, More politics....Read More

Work Details

My single motive is to work hard and get paid according to that. Pay scale motivate me to work hard. But here in EDAG, it is not applicable. Even sometime i think that, am i working in wrong field?
