...R GROWTH. THERE ARE NOT IMPROVEMENT IN CAREER GROWTH SO I DISLIKE THIS COMPANY .COMPENSATION IS DECENT,BUT GROWTH IS SLOW. I AM HARD WORKING EMPLOYEE.

ECR Buildtech Pvt.Ltd this is a very good company, salary is also paid on time, on the last date of the month it is a very big company, accommodation and food are all of the company, working time is 12 hours

ower used very dirty language when talking to any junior staff, no timing, they take work minimum 16 hours per day.work pressure is very high and no any chance to growth here.
