...art but don't go into comfort zone once you get in. Try for switch after a year. Decent salary hike is given depending upon your performance and how less mistakes (grey star or NC's) you make.

It is backend container logistics office. The work is mainly focused on doing manual tasks on their website ERP irrespective of department you are in. Except becoming good at using their ERP website, the job does not offer any growth beyond that. The job does not offer any skill improvement, growth and No better job opportunity for next switch. No job security as their will be multiple assessment every month until you get confirmed. And company can remove you on 1 day notice if they feel you are not good enough. Read the HR policy very carefully. All Saturdays are work from home and even any holidays during week you have to work from home no matter what holiday. If any holiday comes during week, it's work from home compulsory. Stay away from Pre SOB team or Post SOB team as there is lot of work, continuous customer chat or calling or emails, late evening follow ups with cust/agent/sales RM. Mostly work on Sunday as well.

First of all interview process is worst, if you passed the interview they will give 4 days training and on 5th day they will take test on that basis they will select you and all this is not written in your offer letter. They don’t allow you to learn how conpany works and need you to perform from day 1. Apart from Post SOB, MNR team each and every team is worst. Pre SOB team’s TL one of the toxic person I every seen. Will demotivate you each and every day to perform. Very bad place for freshers especially who joined Pre SOB team will get demotivated for rest of his/her life because great treatment they will get in this team by their TL You can skip working here, instead try to find better place to work do not get attracted by the in hand salary offered by the company.

Pathetic Culture. Stupid selection process with over 5 rounds..even after joining they remove you at any point. I quit my job when I got an offer letter from here, one week after joining process was completed they had this stupid assesment from HR and they terminated by offer letter as I fell short of 0.5 marks :) Utterly stupid company. Don't be fooled by high pay Don't waste your valueable time by going there
