without any reason they deduct the salary of the delivery boys and after sending the mail it is found out that it was deducted by mistake from finance team and they get it refunded and this is their process every month.

Salary comes on time last day of month.

...Old people are saved as working for 5+ years. No promotion around 2℅ increment . If any theft occurs ur salary we will make sure it deducts from it. Meaningless and pointless meetings are taken after our Duty bother us for 3 to 4 hours. Will change shifts for no reason. Every 6 months need to find job. Being targetted as above for leaving premises.

It was good to work in E-Com Express because the salary used to come on time and also the timing of everything was right.

Dislikes

The biggest issue here was regarding promotion and transfer. Those who do not have connections at the top, nothing happens to them, they just stay at one place.

If there is no more benefit, the salary is not increased, the old people are not valued, the new people are paid more, who is working, it is not considered from the beginning, even after 7 years, the salary is less.

Mission Unnati, where they are hiring MBA candidate for DC Head a position. ITs a SCAM They are giving very less salary and took one month training where they said to give 10k stipend but they dont have spine right they only paid 8400 rs. Huge politics while choosing location lack of transparency they are playing with future. When they came to college for hiring they fooled students scammed everyone about salary, prefered location, stipend etc. But now cant stay in there words, Harsh jetwani and Megha they are so manipulative and rude they are the one who scammed us by not disclosing about job . Even after one month no one knows what there exact salary is Also lots of money gets deduct from DC head salary if any parcel goes missing
