I am happy working at Ecom Express But i am not satisfied our salary growth . Continue working in Ecom express till now salary received only 14363. Month of may 2022.

Last six month in very bad situation due to our DC head is not capable in work only for time pass in office so please suggest me.

It is very fast growing company in logistics. also they're reached at PAN India. company's policies are very great, providing many kinds of benefits..

Overall great experience, but many key areas are not covering at mid and last miles, also there salary and work satisfaction issues in last mile, as i observed in last Half year, also very less career growth,

Working in small office branch to delivery the shipments to costomer .30to40 feild boy working under me. My work to do open office 6:00am right time reciveding shipment and open in fornt of camera rwcord in reg. Computer and than scan to computer than shorting to pin code and make sheet in computer to give field boy And last to collect amount to field boy and between day mantain records files reg. To mail to mail reply senier giveing reports

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Ecom Express providing Salary on time. There is no cutoff in salary.

Working atmosphere is Pathetic. There is no support of seniors. In every mistake seniors are threatening for warning letter or termination. There is lot of Politics in Bihar State. Seniors (Clusters) are giving 0% respect to Operations Team. Even DC Head behaviour is also not acceptable. Variations in Salary and increments. If you raise voice against seniors then you will be thrown out of the company.
