It is very fast growing company in logistics. also they're reached at PAN India. company's policies are very great, providing many kinds of benefits..

Overall great experience, but many key areas are not covering at mid and last miles, also there salary and work satisfaction issues in last mile, as i observed in last Half year, also very less career growth,

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supported.company policies are good , appraisal s are, fair and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management , don't , address our issue.salary is decent , but career growth is slow. On the jobs training is not given to new joinees.

without any reason they deduct the salary of the delivery boys and after sending the mail it is found out that it was deducted by mistake from finance team and they get it refunded and this is their process every month.

...Old people are saved as working for 5+ years. No promotion around 2℅ increment . If any theft occurs ur salary we will make sure it deducts from it. Meaningless and pointless meetings are taken after our Duty bother us for 3 to 4 hours. Will change shifts for no reason. Every 6 months need to find job. Being targetted as above for leaving premises.
