We had done our job in covid -19 period as covid warrior. We had got our salary in time. Company guides us how to stay safe and cares about us.

Nothing to dislike but as I am single person to earn for my family I need little bit more salary to handle it for that I am serching a job.

It was good to work in E-Com Express because the salary used to come on time and also the timing of everything was right.

Dislikes

The biggest issue here was regarding promotion and transfer. Those who do not have connections at the top, nothing happens to them, they just stay at one place.

While there is a lot to learn. But a horrible employee experience. One of my colleague has been working for the past 6 years but the difference between his initial salary and present salary is about 3k rupees. While he has been promoted twice.

Dislikes

Work culture. Too many bucket holders have climbed the ladder. And are gate keeping talented employees from their deserved promotion or appraisal.

Good working environment, salary on time, clear policies of management. Everyone is given equal opportunity to grow and explore. If anyone is not comfortable in the current role , the company shifts to other depend /locations bit will never fire you.

Sometimes have to stay back at DC due to excess customer orders and load .
