i would like to inform about Ecom express salary is very low but insentives good . NO growth to this job , No work life balance. team support is good.

highly work presser on head officers , no timings , no holidays , unlimited working hovers.

Good work environment but culture is not good.not proper time maintenance company and salary is not pay current time very late cuttings

...e let you showing up your inner skills and and helps yoylu to perform better .. salary and appraisal is not so impressive but overall provides you best security for your job and growth ...environment is quiet good and more over heads of the company are so good and really appreciable .

there is not much that i hate..but only one thing i just want them to improve is salary and appraisal .

It was good to work in E-Com Express because the salary used to come on time and also the timing of everything was right.

Dislikes

The biggest issue here was regarding promotion and transfer. Those who do not have connections at the top, nothing happens to them, they just stay at one place.

If there is no more benefit, the salary is not increased, the old people are not valued, the new people are paid more, who is working, it is not considered from the beginning, even after 7 years, the salary is less.
