...t leader who can guide us in the best way. Company policies are ok but not much. There is no job security and they give good salary before the lockdown. After that they are paying half salary. I can't understand what is the bonus calculation and payment of bonus.

As per my experience.. they have to use Maharashtra rules like holidays for our festival. Than doesn't matter it is service center.also we have emotions. And firstly appoint one of best management leader. Who will handling the situation between hul and ecoleaf. You can't push your Admin and supervisor for every Small reason.
