Company get out the neem training staff after completation of two years training and take new neem trainee as a fresher this is very bad

it is the fast growing industry of india .it manufacture a product catalatic converter .the product is use for cleaning of Environment to a harmfull gases .it is pure mechanical industry.

It's is good company but here I m in Maintenance Department and the behaviour or Maintenance Department people is very poor and like a Rajneeti..
