Low Job security,poor work-life balance, salary/appraisal ,staffing (contracting staff) not putting the right people in the right positions.little or no promotion of staff.profit not shared according to performance. Poor management.

recruitment of short-term contract employees that take long working with Ecobank but never given a chance of getting a permanent contract and there chances of getting a promotion is relatively very low where you find someone working on a given post for a very long time.

Very unique dress code if you want to grow your career then this is the bank I can recommend, very good working environment with regular check ups on your work progression and on line and in house trainings.you get appraisased based on your achievement of your targets and its easy and fair since track record of your achievements is kept and great team work.I like the part where after every two months we could have a get together relaxing our minds while talking business strategies
