very toxic culture, unhealthy policies, poor management, mental health issue, disrespect, lack of trust, role confusion (assign you as a assistant scientist but then ask you to do all just printing and data entry kinda work), excessive stress, poor communication in both management and HR section,

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
