Worked here more than 3 years. I had terrible experience with this company. Mentors and seniors do not know how to manage work. They put evey work on developer(creating documents, development,testing and Database management) . So it is not sure that you will only get development work here. On top of that, they give unrealistic dead lines which makes work hectic. I won't recommend anyone to work in this company. If anyone wants work life balance then this company is definitely not for them. If you have other offers in your hand so go with that don't choose this company.

Salary on time, Diwali bonus, leave policy, transportation, medi-claim, fixed sat and sun off, free food, work culture, celebrations.

Dislikes

Salary is not as per the designation, also people with non - IT background are at higher post.

Management is so poor, if you're in technical support the motive should be to resolve the client's issue, but they only care about their target, if you're not done with your target you'll be asked (forced) to wait back after your shift, first of all you're doing night shift then your supervisor asks you to wait 3 more hours after that just because you're not done with "their target". Even the HR doesn't care about this thing, they'll say that this is how it works in our company. No learning in company. You'll start doubting your own capabilities after working here

... Day Ahmedabad Office was working but Maharashtra office was having holiday. 6. Apart from regular salary , job security and medical insurance no other benefits.

Company is very nice to work depending on the team you joined Management is good Provide good salary Hybrid model work and provide laptop based on that

Most of the people need to work in us shift which may cause some health issues in longer time -no flexible hours to work and when in day light saving time you may have some difficulties
