It’s super comfortable working in eClerx. Work environment here is so chill. If you are a fresher then this company will be amazing to start off your career with. You get to learn a lot. Your promotion totally depends on how you perform.

Salary is okayish!! They really need to increase the base salary for people you are working here for a very long time. They do give promotion but after a lot of hassle.

...s. They were dominant nature insulting in front of freshers. Too hectic to work. Here there pay less & do not care about employees. Managers are very pathetic. Managers don't understand your points and only dominate the employees. There was no logout timing. Only work whether it is 24 hours.

Dislikes

The work environment was not good. Not giving training especially where you were on the team. Managers are least bothered about the training session. Only once time they gave you training if you do not understand the small part. They will not tell you again. They only asked why don't you attention to training.

Didn't get any promotion as well didn't get any compensation, company is not safe to work and forcing to all employees to come to office and not supporting any employee in this covid situation, wrost experience and wrost management, you have to wait for long long time to get promote.

After working for a long time you will not get any promotion, salary is less, not employee centric,

Work from Home and also if you are unable to work due to absense of official accessories eclerx is not giving you hard time and ensure that you are getting paid off.

Growth is very slow and they don't have systematically things. Salary thing is also dissatisfactory. Appraisal growth is way too low.

I have spent 4 year with eclerx. And I was glad to be work with great brand. This is only company in the tricity where you will get salary on time, awesome work culture, excellent cafeteria, many more. I switched to the other company due to career growth buth still m missing my eclerx day.

Dislikes

Apm's are not professional, no manner how to deal with team members, and not more qualified as they spent 5 to 6 year there and promoted from SA to APM.
