There is nothing much to dislike but if there is EMEA shift it will be better. It's a completely NAM shift. Atleast rotational shift makes comfortable. There is no rotational shift. This is the only drawback.

Company gives nothing to employees no perks no diwali bonus, they don't appreciate and motivate the employee for good work, poor management, No work life balance managers ask to extend shifts without getting any extra pay and they will call you anytime

Salary is on time but they will try to deduct as much as possible. So you have to be very calculative and precise about your half days, sick leaves, shift allowance, etc.

Dislikes

The company's moto is "All work and no play". There is no job security. They made tremendous loss after acquiring Personiv and started firing employees, just to keep the head above water and now in the verge of shutting it down. It is a company where nepotism is encouraged and things will against you if you bring this to management's attention.

Starting Salary for a fresher is good at eClerx. Work culture in also good.

Dislikes

There is very less learning opportunities as processes are already setup. Due to which you stick to SOP and can't explore beyond that. Communication is not that much strong in the internal teams.
