... even higher level too. HR also taking side from managers and higher management. Very low pay, performance bonus only favourate employees. No policy benefit Lot's of politics this all are financial markets vartical specially for Pune

Working in eClerx your job is secured as they pay you very less.

Salary is low, No appraisals, on time No increment (I got 300 as increment), No work life balance, I had around 3 years of experience in finance domain, but I got selected as fresher in eClerx, (as they said that you are new to financial markets) but due to financial issues I joined it. After joining I got to work in a new program, which was really waste of time, and after 3 months I got into another program where I worked for an year and just wasted my time as no one else required the things which I learned in eClerx. And there is an 1 year bond which they get signed for there safety so that we are not able to leave the job within a year.

They hire freshers. If you want opportunity to work they will give you the chance.

Dislikes

..., they will fix unnecessary sessions on weekoffs which is mandatory to attend. Pay is less. The HR says that if you do not have relevant work experience then we will consider you a fresher but on the other hand they also hire freshers for APM position. They charge of cab services even if you are working in night shifts. They have started ending work from home and in zoom meetings I have not seen people wearing masks in office as if they do not care about covid no more.

There are very good learning opportunities. Good culture. Good team spirit by every employee of team

Dislikes

Unsatisfactory Salary. The bonus and increments are not provided as per the hard efforts . There is a lot of politics.
