... I get a feeling of rich are becoming more rich and poor are becoming more poor. The pay difference between internal promotion and external hiring or MBA students is way too huge for the same designation. Senior Analyst Makes more then Associate Process Manager. Associate Process Manager makes more then Process Manager. Process Manager makes more then Senior Process Manager. How does it feels like when who reports to you makes more then you LOL. Internal politics, favouritism.

1: Competitors like globeopop or Accenture gives more salary to their employees. 2: MBA comes directly as manager via college placement. Very unfair. 3: no traveling allowances. 4: no-one will help you in queries related PF.

Eclerx is a good company to start a career for fresh graduates. The company has the good culture and flexible working environment. Trainings provided by seniors is awesome and helping in nature and even though, the upper management is very helpful. Easily get leaves, no work load on single person.

Nothing to like about eclerx terrible organization with the terrible management the worst case is management/HR will hold your salary and you will definitely feel what the modern day slavery looks like Just fed up
