Worst work culture As well senior management is uncooperative and in supportive and nowadays as they hire people on contractual baisis for cost cutting and force them to work as they want. And the regular hiring basis makes insecure environment.

I had joined here as a fresher and this company is really very good to start your professional journey. You get to learn many things.

Dislikes

Some of the managers here are bias. And the salary growth is not good. Speed of promotions is very low.

...full of Politics and harassment to the employees by middle level of hierarchy. poor salary with min increament of 500 Per Month to maximum of 1500 per month for Analyst level. IJP movement is really tuff and no support from the teams, for the desired Job within Organisations.

No proper training, team lead didn't care about the training of employees and expect that you will perform on your own and mark errors as well if you do any mistake. Salary is too loo they offer 17-18k base salary NSA is too low.. 100-150 per day, they don't give performance bonuses, no appraisals as well to much toxic to stay . Every employee working there stay for 1 yr just because of training agreement other it not a good organization to work with at your initial stage

Salary is low, No appraisals, on time No increment (I got 300 as increment), No work life balance, I had around 3 years of experience in finance domain, but I got selected as fresher in eClerx, (as they said that you are new to financial markets) but due to financial issues I joined it. After joining I got to work in a new program, which was really waste of time, and after 3 months I got into another program where I worked for an year and just wasted my time as no one else required the things which I learned in eClerx. And there is an 1 year bond which they get signed for there safety so that we are not able to leave the job within a year.
