Nothing to like here in this company only attraction is they offer competative compensation and bonus amt when you join once process get smooth they start feeling that compensation offer was too high an start harassing and force you to either to leave or get move

Management is worse decision making power is zero, they know how to break good focussed team meeting all client expectations with zero error. Their thinking is so poor that if team is making zero error that team isnt working so they start breaking team and now they themselve started doing bau because team started leaving organisation.

Poor management especially in training. Non deserving managers in training on the basis of skills and mentoring. Very unhealthy and unprofessional environment in training.
