Salary is same for new analysts and people who are working over there as an analyst . If they want to give you work from home you need to be there favourite . Overall its ok .. but about salary it sucks

...ia and spend time reading but they keep music on which is distracting sometimes. Salary is always on time. DLF building also has Table tennis and volleyball.

I was part of a process in which during winter season the workload got significantly reduced due to which we had lot of free time. So during that free time I wanted to read newspapers and articles on laptop to keep myself updated and stay engaged in something which unfortunately was not allowed due to IT security policy. That's the only reason I had to leave apart from that everything was fine for me personally. I have 1 star to work life balance because I worked in Night shifts which effects you work life balance. You feel sleepy on weekend day but you are awake in Night like a OWL. You cannot go visit a market or chill outside because it's dark. You cannot go to Park or Mountains at odd hours. Well this is just a personal opinion for some people Night shift works. night shift becomes a problem on weekends when you awake in Night and you cannot go out.

I have been working as customer executive for 6 months now ,there was some issues with salary in initial period but experience is good as of now

The Hr was rude and salary issue was neglected by management

...ke is spoon feed to her and there is no commitment fulfilled by management ever. Overall bad experience with company and just upto resign due to over sales pressure and no increase in salary where the targets getting doubled in last 1 year however they haven’t made any incentive or increment program so there is no reason for doing such high sales if we will not getting something.

Nothing to like about eclerx terrible organization with the terrible management the worst case is management/HR will hold your salary and you will definitely feel what the modern day slavery looks like Just fed up
