...eel I was one of the lucky one who got a job in very nice and organized company. I received a good salary, had a nice working environment and was given respect by other employees which were really amazing despite being the youngest employee. When I entered in this job, I knew nothing. I was completely inexperienced and unskilled worker but after working here, this job helped me to improve my working skills such as how to communicate with people around me, never try to be hypocrite, stay calm and focus only on my work.

Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account. I know that people with my job earn better, in many companies in this area. And I see no reason why I shouldn’t earn more.

Worst place no proper salary. HR Rahul hire the people with fake salary.and once you enter into a production I will have different salary if you ask they say I'm not responsible for this .if your fresher they put bond for 1 yrs worst company no proper system.no left worst manger .and TL Syed and shankar

You will easily get select. Fresher can be sticked here for 1year even if they don't perform well

Very low Salary They don't give proper training to freshers. Also feshers will be treated as donkeys in many teams. If you take a single leave, then no attendance incentive. No safety for things you keep in locker They don't allocate proper work load They don't want you to get performance incentives. Target pressure Poor Canteen, will be accessed only till 9pm where the shift starts at 6pm. Cabs will not be there sometimes.

Good training will be provided here. You can learn a lot with no pressure at all..... A great place to start from the scratch !

Enormous room for growing. Management encourages you to do everything and anything.

...s small. Caferia is located in 11th floor and 85% of the time lifts do not work. E Care is a small (mid size) company and when they pay you 3x to 4x times the fresher they expect you to single handedly do all the work since you are "high costing" to the company. Single handedly meaning - extending you shift working hours to more than 10hrs per day.
