Fickle minded management. No directional consistency at all. Within 1 year of store opening, broad strategies have changed a dozen times. Based on these strategy changes, already 3 rounds of firings at HO and 1 round of firings at stores have happened. Company is run by the investor directions and top management has no say at all. Worst of all, top management is trying to run a building materials startup like a FMCG startup as they have no building materials experience at all, neither are they trying to gain any experience. They don't understand that the sales process for a Can of Paint is different from how they were selling packets of Parle G in earlier companies. Also no work life balance at all. Almost everyone works 12-13 hours on an average. Weekends are better but there will be work, because no one took time to set processes. Store team works like they are doing a favor to the company by selling the items. GR team frequently refuses inward shipments leading to supplier dissatisfaction. Suppliers have been holding patience for a year now, but that might not continue much longer as the sales also has been bleak. Stay Away
