Management isn't considerate about the employees. Trainees get their training extension out of no good reason. Employees never sure of their job security. A job that could be done from home and yet the employees are being called up at work despite Noida 62 having alarming number of covid cases.

The work-life balance is one of the primary factors in my time spent with the company. Moreover, the amount of growth and development I have achieved is immense.

Dislikes

The only thing that I don't fathom about the organization is the lack of travel outings. Moreover, there should be an international relocation option available as well.
