My likeness towards the company is I got many things to learn from this organization.
Dislikes
I disliked it because the salary is too less for the process than expected. there is no rise in salary as how much you get old in that process and the salary is fixed that is why many people don't stay in this organization and they get abscond from the company. The main problem is salary. They provide less salary and expect large of efforts from the people. I had also left this organization because of salary issues.

Work life balance is good , other wise nothing is there .
Dislikes
Less salary , worst worst worst worst management I ever seen , delay of salary almost holding salary 15 days . No supports from HR , treated employees like not human.. HR are there when we submitted our feedback form which is not good.

...e at this company, which lasted exactly 10 months, I encountered several issues. Firstly, within the first month of joining, I didn't receive my 7 days' salary. Despite raising this concern with HR every month for the entirety of my employment, they continuously assured me it would be included in the next salary. Unfortunately, after 10 months, I still hadn't received it, and it became apparent they were not being truthful. Each month on the 7th, we would approach HR about this matter, but they seemed indifferent and biased towards certain individuals within the company due to internal politics. I prefer not to disclose specific names of HR personnel.
Moving on to management and internal politics, there seemed to be a lack of focus on assessing individual performance. Instead, attention was directed towards monitoring other teams' activities, a responsibility that should have been managed by the respective Team Leaders (TLs) and Managers. I believe they can identify the team I'm referring to from this review, and I hope they reconsider their approach.
For personal reasons, I decided to resign from my position without serving the notice period. I informed my TL, Manager, and HR, and provided the requested documents. However, they labeled me as absconded and withheld both my salary and leave. This treatment was unfair and unwarranted. These are just a few examples of the issues prevalent within the company. I urge anyone considering employment here to thoroughly evaluate their decision, as the company lacks transparency and may even fail to provide training salary.

Package was very less because of my previous package, I'm still suffering to get a good package because according to market standards I'm getting some persent hike which is also very less. They didn't even provide offer letter at time of joining and resignation they given my experience letter after 8 months I went three times to office to collect my experience letter. Working in ebixcash was worst experience literally worst hr and management team.
