...t company infrastructure except this nothing is worth it in this organisation In COVID-19, They are not supporting to their employees even laying -off, Salary cut down these things Compnay is doing now a days . There is not positive sign in this pandemic for employees.

There are multiple things to dislike 1.No career growth 2.No appraisal cycle like It takes 2-4 years , only management knows when they want to give appraisals 3.Not covering Insurance since last 1 years 5.Stopped all facilities like meal , gym other things 6.No teams gathering and party interaction 7.No onsite opportunities

Work life balance, cab facility are good. Team members are very helpful. Things might be good as management has changed. Hope everything should be well.

Dislikes

...me. 2.No promotion even after more than 10 years too people on same position. 3. New joiner salary is more than the experienced and existing employees as there were no reforms in salary structure for existing employee whether he/she have already added his gratitude to the company growth and stability even though. 4.No market correction in salary and arials. 5. No gratitude towards employees how they suffered with half salary during the covid upto 1.5 years. 6. Services has been provoked but not resumed like canteen(meal).

... as per work even appraisal also is not at 1 year interval it 3-4 year interval. I am working from last 3+ years but still no increment and even deducting salary(if leave not remained) or leave, with dhamki like karna hai to karo nahi to jao.

You will get enough time after office and mostly in case will have a good perfect work life balance

Worst culture, management is something you need to look out for, will pay poorly and technology use are so outdated that it will not help in your career, they still use system which are outdated
