I don't like upper management they have money to pay bribe and take project but don't have money to pay to employees.

Dislikes

Engineers are getting salary less than they deserve, company paying labor salary to Engineers....and in the name of Engineers recurting non technical graduates just to run their project.

Ebix needs improvement in work-life balance and management communication. HR policies are often disrespectful, and salary increments are very low, leading to dissatisfaction among employees.

I like about the Ebix is work culture and company culture which is quite good work culture Is like less work don't give too much of pressure to the employee even they give half day leaves and early leaves without deduct money from the salary

No appraisal from the last 4 years and even not giving good salary to the fresher as well as for experience and also not too much growth in career no growth in learning too much .
