Such a worst company ever i have worked with. No appraisal from last 3 years before this after 2 years appraisal done whether half salary was deducted upto 1.5 years. Only khoon chusao company manager se laker HR tak sab waise hi.

No work life balance. NO APPRAISAL FROM LAST 3 YEARS WHTHER NEW JOINIS HAVE MORE SALARY THAN EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES. Kaam k aap purane ho aapko karna padega agar salary appraisal ki baat kr li tab to aur kaam chahiye. Worst company employee pe dhyan nahi deti company sirf apne nawabi thath chahiye.

Nice office, retirement job, just don't take leaves. They treat performers and non-performers on the same scale, equal or no appraisals for all.

...lients. Only focus is self growth at the cost of employees, vendors and clients. Cost cutting to the extent that they do not swtich on ac's in summers, no food/no insurances to employees. Appraisals will NEVER come before 2-3 years on average

Working as a team and helping each other and learning new thinks with new people while being in the company. Company policies r good and in lockdown company provided WFH facilities.

There is a lot of politics for IJP post and salary is good for freshers

No timely salary no benefits HR are dominating no proper place for seating. If you are a men don’t join. You’ll not be getting any benefits as well as no timely appraisal n payments. While females get timely appraisal without hardwork n no strict timings for females. The worst thing is all laptos n desktops Are approx 10 years old n damaged performance is very slow no ssd in laptops Takes 30-45 mins to unlock laptop And using such laptop you need to do development & programming. Too much disappointed.

...t like contractor, no management,no work culture, no skill develope environment. Totally hopeless company, salary increments is most important issue.
