He expects everyone to be a superman of all roles...and he will make you pay for your own working infrastructure... he will also ask you to "bring your own chair to office" if you are disabled :D If you are a UI designer, he will charge you from your pay for any infrastructure like monitor/ Envato subscription etc. without prior intimation. As if you are going to sell them on Black Market and make money with the software (all pirated) - so be sure that everything is working because he doesn't care if your software is blocked - cause you obv failed to make it work on time (instead of him failing to pay for genuine licenses for his ADVERTISING AGENCY -the cheapskate he is). Any nudge to make anything legal in this place, be prepared to be charged for it and be degraded with sexist Christin bulls**t....abused and dehumanized in everyway possible. Don't be fooled of all that time consuming gab that will come back to bite your ar*e with daily meeting before and after office hours - endless overtime without pay and weekend work. Zero trust...like some prison guard he will monitor your waking moment and shamelessly ask you think about work at home - as if office wasn't enough.

The so called boss (CEO) blasts at everyone like he owns us. Uses demeaning language. No wonder people don’t last here for more than 4-5 months.!
