No Salary improvement, no promotion,no perks and benefits,no permanent in contract staffs, not quality food randomly give same foods but happily survive all staffs because of family commitments.

flexibility of working hours. compensation against wkend working days at sites. good supporting upper management.

Dislikes

immediate reporting manager is extremely non field person. have no idea of this field so of no help and support whenever needed. higher management overlooking this issue. and the person with no skills can only survive by doing politics and creating walls between the team.
