Good brand name outside and company is quite recognised too. The salary components are fixed no variable etc. Defined process of work.

Doesn't understand the hierarchy here, things are complex on roles and responsibilities. Not a good pay master, not much growth prospects and learning.

No much flexibility like work from home etc..and career growth is very slow and salary hike is very average. All community activities led by company are on weekends taking employees family time..

...hings through a variety of products both in industrial and electrical sectors. Good pay above industry average.

Dislikes

Extended hours due to USA counterparts. Overburdening with additional work sometimes have to work on weekends. A bit slow in making pandemic related decision making but finally decisions are made, so that compensates. This is a cost centre requiring to impress US counterparts due to which leaders overcommit goals.

Best job security No variable pay, all the ctc comes as salary which is good thing Internal rotation is possible to learn or to switch to different domain
