Very Ethical Company. Job Security. Opportunities to learn new things through a variety of products both in industrial and electrical sectors. Good pay above industry average.

Dislikes

Extended hours due to USA counterparts. Overburdening with additional work sometimes have to work on weekends. A bit slow in making pandemic related decision making but finally decisions are made, so that compensates. This is a cost centre requiring to impress US counterparts due to which leaders overcommit goals.

Work life keeps on fluctuating. Most of the times it is stressfull due to extended hours for higher positions.

Work distribution is pathetic. If you work well, you'll be loaded with more work. And for those who don't work, they'll push their work onto you. Eaton management needs a lot of rethinking and really needs to bridge the gap between research and product teams. You can't develop any product without the product team's involvement from the beginning. Management needs to clearly state the division of work so that redundant developments can be avoided....Read More
