...usiness systems... cross teams (inland/overseas)pollination of ideas work well.. good salary structure.. engineering execution driven by data based decision making... project driven travel are the most... worth to spend a good part of your career in this organisation

Vivid talks are rare.. sometimes appears dubious.. transparency can be better... employee engagement is ok but not something to take pride of..savours for aggressive career planners

One of the best company which is open to adopt new technologies, and provide high quality products. Also like it's ethics, diversity which creates enjoyful working environment to work with colleagues having different cultures.

Global Policy of Eaton for Work Life balance is very good. Local management has no role in it and hence employees get good chance to manage work-life.

Dislikes

...you wish to get good opportunities in Eaton, you have to be pet of your manager. Pay hike and promotions are manager dependent and if you are not pet, you cannot get anything. even HR cannot help you. Usually trainings you get in Eaton are as per management policy and not per your interest. Learning after first few days is just for namesake. As Eaton has grown fully in India, bureaucracy is at the top. Politics is at peak and every manager is trying to save himself.
