They promise something and once you join they manager make sure all your promises are destroyed! No proper time no proper introduction everyone keeps doing Work from home as per their convenient IF any1 join no proper handover just they tell you verbally and start give you all the brand's your allocated on 2 days itself and Just step out of brands you keep struggling lots of politics lots of infrastructure problem make sure you visit Mumbai office before you join and check everything

...ry month to cool down employees. If you get a good manager then its fun to work. Gives you work from home benifits after 10% salary deduction.

Cost cutting on every other occasions. Firing any moment. Hidden clause in every other policies. Bad work from home policies and leave policies.

Flexibility to learn new technologies and the support from other team members. People stick to this company because of good and supportive team members.

Company should standardize salary structure based on market standard

Working on latest technology. You will get chance to implement new tech

Salary deduction, salary not comming time, deferment of salary. If you do WFH 10% salary cut if you do hybrid 5% salary cut, no benefit of leaves etc

The only thing one would enjoy here is bit of work and life balance

1. Salary remuneration policy is worst 2. They provide your 20% of salary after 18 months and too while keeping 2% of it in order to make you stay here.
