Directors use Abusive language. There is bond of 2-3 years. They give limited leaves. They prefer to join women having children. Directors are shor-tempered. Directors are freshers. thay dont have expreience how run the company.They only get shout at the workers.

Likes

Not good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is not ok, there is a no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good for employee future.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary growth is slow, career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Likes

Eastsun electronics llp have family type environment, each an every individual feels like we are within a family. Excellent opportunity for new Cummings in Carrier growth, skill development. I had enjoyed lot.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is little slow.
