Female HR Executive is Totally Unprofessional, She did not have manners to speak with professional person. If candidate agree to join, She will force submitting to original Educational Document or Give them a Signed Cheque. If candidate refused, She becomes angry & start speaking ******. There is terrible working culture. Never provide wages on time. When it time for wages you will get new assignments and will be told to complete them only then wages will be paid.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
