Heavy politics. Only bucketing people get the good salary/opportunity/hike/recognition. These PSRA mentality is sick, very cheap people.

Working culture and environment ,flexible timings. If you are in current demanding role in market then you can settle here for few years. Good work life balance. Freshers get good CTC.

...our in-hand is very less compare to other organisations employees with same CTC. It is better to negotiate in-hand salary instead CTC in interview.

Work from home is provided if required. Salary credited without delay. Encourages extra curricular activities. Yearly increments are okay.

Poor learning. And no one knows on what basis new trainings are being given to people. If you are seriously looking for new skills, this is not the place

Hope the company provides better salaries ... The policies are lilttle confusing .if the salary structure is in place it is the best company to work for

Company culture is really good and provides good work-life balance. I like the work nature with great collaboration of peers and counterparts. Medical insurance is very much helpful. Safety is company's utmost priority.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the growth is slow. Promotion period is long. Although company's culture is great, it has become diluted up to some extent because of micro-management in recent past, which may eventually turn multinational firm to Indian firm. It would have been really helpful if company provide transportation facility to all the employees. Also, it would have been great if company give opportunity for international travel to new folks instead of repeated folks.
