Company culture is really good and provides good work-life balance. I like the work nature with great collaboration of peers and counterparts. Medical insurance is very much helpful. Safety is company's utmost priority.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the growth is slow. Promotion period is long. Although company's culture is great, it has become diluted up to some extent because of micro-management in recent past, which may eventually turn multinational firm to Indian firm. It would have been really helpful if company provide transportation facility toall the employees. Also, it would have been great if company give opportunity for international travel to new folks instead of repeated folks....Read More

1. No free transport- Office timings are from 11 AM to 8 PM and there is no transportation facility made available for employees which is a major drawback. Providing transportation would be good majorly in terms of safety (specially for women it would be really difficult to travel at 8 PM that too through public transport). 2. No additional Benefits - And there is no team outings or Annual outings which would add as additional beneficiaries for employees and encourages employees to put more efforts after great refreshments. 3. No on site visits - Eastman is not encouraging to visit sites at different locations for employees, i think they should provide this opportunity to all the employees in a rotational method (rather than sending same person repeatedly for visits or trainings)so that everyone gets a chance to visit the site and can enhance skills which in turn add more value to the job role they are performing....Read More
