...ses, manupulation, and complete disregard for employee well-being are the norms. Manager are doing false promises of salary increases and promotions. HR are forsing to posting false positive reviews on social media platforms. Managers have no respect of our personal live, demanding that we cancle plans and sacrifise family time to meet their ever-growing demands. when we resist, they threaten us with termination, these threats are made openly on the office floor, creating a culture of fear and anxiety that no employee should have to endure. The company's inability to retain talent is one of its greatest downfall. all most every engineer leave after completing their two year bond and because of this constant turnover, the company's product qualtiy has suffered. New hires under tight deadlines are forsed to work on complex systems, leading to mistake and messed up the product lifecycle. meanwhile our competitos invest in experianced candidates by offering excellent packages, knowing that good services will enhance their reputation. This company deals mostly forign clients and earns profit in dollars but they dont want to increase salary and share the profit. Its completely an employer benifits-based company. Office condition is poors like the AC are not working, chairs are broken, Managers and senior employees often sleep in the office and snoring loudly and disrupting others. chewing tobacco and spitting in the sinks. Despite Having numerous african clients, Many experiance employees here lack basic comunication skills, including proficiency in english. this leads to poor client interaction and reflects badly on the compnay's professional standards. Yet these employees remain employed. We have to do every thing because the manger don't want to take any resposibility and lack of experiance employees. Basically management falls short on every front like career developement, mental health resources, or basic respect. This company is a place where hard work and dedication go unrewarded and where toxic management practices make every day a struggle. if you value your career, mental health and professional growth, I strongly advise you to seek opportunities elsewhere. there are far better places to work. dont waste your time and talent here.
