I would like to express my thoughts about little problems which i am facing day to day life in this organisation is staff accommodation and other welfare facilities are not upto mark comparison with other same level company.

The company provide good job security, work Life balance, salary time to time which in itself is very rare...Good company to get settled if you have a decent salary.Work environment is average

Career growth is bit on a slow side, Compensation and benefits are average

Really bad working time, sometime whole week 12 hours a day. Peer pressure Tiring micro management Poor safety culture and production focused work Un achievable targets for blue collar workers and exploitation. Everyday feel like suffocating while I worked there Advice to Management Change the whole management

Company is gd but recent GM and his team came from Darwish is bad. Owner of company not interfere what GM taking his decision.

Owner of the company a respected person in the emirate of Sharjah. The coustoms and tradition of the company is excellent. They select only professionals in the organization. The job security is good untill and unless you are unfaithful to the organization. We get full freedom in the execution of the work within the law of the country. TEAM work plays a major role here.

The business unit management should consider on the facilities provided to staffs and workmen.
