I have worked in Earnest HR for 2 years. It was a really good experience. It is one of the fastest growing companies in Pune. The company is trying new methods to increase its revenue and diversifying new business in many verticals. Another plus is the work culture. It more like a family than employee-employer relation. They listen & understand genuine problems of the employee & try to provide necessary solutions too.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. There is less or no vertical growth within the organisation due to a small team. Most of the components of the CTC is compensation based and incentive structure is very low and vague as compared to the revenue generated. The incentive generated is paid annually, which is again a setback.

Likes

Company has a good leadership from promoter himself, all the employees have direct access to the MD, Immense learning from his knowledge sharing sessions. Mutual understanding among the teams is very good, no politics involved as the teams are small. You can manage your work life balance as working hours are 9:30 am to 6 pm but it's for 6 days. No work in shifts.

Dislikes

...ibilities. Efforts can't be seen from management to expand the business avenues. Salary is not at par with market rate. Can't see much growth and opportunities. There is nothing called 'company culture'. Everywhere it's just cost cutting, even in routine tea & coffee.
