I have been worked in this company about 6 months then I got better opportunity and I left, company culture and work life balance overall was good but starting salary for freshers was less and limited benefits, gifts n vacations, parties are more interesting in this company, but the managers are little cruel like they looks freshers as seniors and they won't say some type of things to learn on our starting days in IT industry, as in my thought I faced that things Overall good company, learned lot of things but need some good projects for the employees Thankyou

No softskills training and they didn't teach how to get over the freshers thing
