Salary has always been the issue faced in this organization. Majority of the employees resign due to the Salary. If they do not address the issue and treat the same in a silly manner . They are going to loose many fresh employees as they will resign after gaining experience. High time for the management to think about it

EBIN arranging various training programmes for the employee on various platforms. EBIN's Medical policy is very good. Nice infrastrcuture.

Dislikes

Work life not balanced at all. No value for new , enthusiastic talents. Salary and appraisal structure is very bad.

...ment I felt yes teammates were very supportive and frequent travel is a must. Salary and other benefits are very good.. The company looks after it's employees very well and also provides the comfort by giving every opportunity to balance your work-life.

It's good place for beginning and continue for longer periods provided you get good opportunities. Yes opportunities are there you have to incase opportunity else other will grab it and your job will be monotonous. Here attrition rate is high. Organization is developing. Being MNS it provides good benifit to the employees which is not available with Indian organizations of same segment of industries.

Working time, unnecessary stress. Unsystematic work.
