Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
