1) Gives good career start, if you want to work in payroll or tax related field. 2) Actually working here is not bad as whoever left this company are at good position right now. I left this company a year ago, so my colleagues at good places. 3) Negative reviews that are found are genuine because I have seen it while working. So whoever said it's paid review that person is wrong. Who pays to give company negative review and this is not big company to give one.

Dislikes

1) Lot of politics and favouritism 2) Promotion and hikes are given on favouritism and not on talent and capability of handling work. 3) Won't get to learn more untill you stay in the company for a year or more 4) The manager scolds everyone even if it's one person's mistake and tortures everyone on zoom meeting. 5) As I said favouritism is the reason some people have given good reviews and negative reviews are given who works hard and no one look at their hard work and efforts they put. 6) The management for some reason only hires female employees more and less male employees. So the top level management has more males and all the junior level is females. So if you are a girl just be aware of this.

If you really have skills and understand the work, you have scope...and will grow.. People who wants fast money without hardwork,,,they will not progress as here everything depends on your work performance... Go way to start the career...was happy to work with this company

Work environment is good, if you are able to adjust then it is good but if you want the organization to run their business on your terms then naturnally you won't like anything over there. Most of the previous negative reviews are not genuine, I think they are paid reviews. The saying is Right " A BAD worksman blames his Tool" There are people who are currently working from last 10 to 16 yrs.

Sometimes too much work pressure. Every company has that, if you want to get paid then you will have to go through the pressure.

I love the fact that i am a part of a company where the employees clear doubts and help to learn much eaiser and faster also company encourage team work no partiality at all only learn and improve our skills

Work pressure is not so much but mentally you can't survive over there for more time as there is so much politics. No personal life. Managers interfare in personal life of employees.Very bad experience over there.Therer is no specific work to do one person have to do all task.
